Our lives are quickly changed, you can’t predict the rain, or second guess the stars.

Guess who has a new theme?! Haha~ So finally, after 8 months, I was able to make new look for my blog. And whoever wanted my previous one, I’m just a message away for the codes. (*^▽^*)
My weekend had been very productive. Yesterday, we went out to see a house, since we are looking for one to buy. I like the house but my mom doesn’t like it, so… I am hoping that we could find one that we really like before the year ends. *crossing my fingers*
And then while we were on our way back we saw a newly opened cafe in the city. Well, it’s not really new, it’s just that “The Beanery” has a new branch. It’s like one of the most popular Cafe in the city. And this new one has to be the cutest. Too bad, I didn’t have my camera with me yesterday plus the place was kinda crowded so I wasn’t able to take photographs of the whole place.

Sunday - It was a typical Sunday. Church + Lunch + Sleep. But when I woke up for my ever favorite Sunday afternoon nap, Rona and the “gang” was at home. And they wanted to go to the sea shore, so we went. We stayed there ‘till 7pm, telling stories and laughing and everything PDA. (Public Display of Abnormality) (^v^)
And I’ve got to finish some of my office work in between of the whole weekend. So nice~ And again, I have my new theme. Yehey~ My theme was Wit&Wistle inspired btw. Ayoy~
I’ll be hitting the shower now and get a goodnight sleep. Tomorrow’s gonna be a long day. Manila, see you! (*°∀°)=3
FISH be with you! :)

Amy and I dropped by on a pet store right after we did the banking. She mentioned that she’s looking for a fighting fish so I told her that there’s a pet store just right across the streets. And I also got caught with it, I thought it was really pretty and so Amy bought one for me too. Haha~ It’s cuter in real life, I swear! >^> So, welcome to my new companion here. But I’m still thinking for a cute name, any idea? :P
Having a fish makes me think about fish jokes. So here’s some I know. They’re meant to be corny okay? Hahahaha!
Anong fish ang di makapal? Sagot: Eh di maniFISH! :))
Anong isda ang lumilipad? Sagot: Eh di iFISH! :))
Anong isda ang hindi nababasa? Sagot: TUYO! :))
Ano naman ang isdang laging basa? Sagot: Eh di HITO! HITO ako ohhhhh… basang basa sa ulan… ♫
Bwahahahahahahaha! :))))
Fish be with you! Pasensya na, lutang lang. Ingat loves! <3
If you cannot do great things, do small things in a great way.
I don’t have much time to blog “again”. Ugh, I hate saying that like everytime I make a blog entry. >.> But yeah, I become this super overly busy person. I don’t know how this happen. I’m sure, I’ll become more busy once I get to school again. So before I leave a hiatus sign in here, let me share some pictures from my iPod.

Valentines Dinner with my my co-workers! There’s a lot of food on the table but I just ate these plus Spring Rolls (not in the picture). During the dinner we get to share our past experiences, good and bad. And how God worked in our lives amazingly and wonderfully!
One Saturday. Amy and I were on our way to the church from a Leader’s Meeting. I love the sun the most during sunset.

Last Sunday. In real life, I was known for being a braid freak. Like, there’s never a day that I don’t have my braids. &.&

We saw this big leaf on the street on our way down from the Orphanage. That day, I don’t know, but I was really happy and cheerful for some reason. That’s why I even work that day as a volunteer. So much energy huh? Knowing that I have work during Mondays to Fridays. But yeah, after 2 days, I got sick. Hahaha~ But thanks to Almighty, I’m feelin’ better now. :D
So okay, that’s all for now! Goodnight pretty people~
He is the Lord of my life, He is the Lord as I die.

“He will wipe every tear from their eyes, and there will be no more death or sorrow or crying or pain. All these things are gone forever.” - Revelation 21:4
We are all currently busy in the office preparing for Lola’s Memorial Service tomorrow. I know, everyone has this mixed-emotion about her death. Six months ago, we were just celebrating her 100th birthday. Yes, people, her 100th birthday. But after half a year, she went Home. So who is “Lola”?
I remembered her being that Lola who goes to church every Sunday with a bunch of kids. When I first saw her at the age of nine or ten maybe, I was really intrigued by her because she’s the only american woman in the church. And I was really curious about the bunch of kids who goes with her. And then I’ve heard, she owned an orphanage. And those kids were what they called, orphans. It was the very first time that I have known someone who will actually build an orphanage to give home for abandoned, neglected and rejected kids. I thought, it only happens in the movies. At that age, I never thought that orphanage really do exist. My young heart was touched by her. I even told myself, “Someday, I’m gonna be like her. I will build an orphanage and help those kids without a home or food to eat.” She inspired me to be a missionary. And still, at this time, the dream and the inspiration to become one someday is in my heart.
She taught me that one is never too old to serve. Just so you know, she built the orphanage at the age of 87. She sold all her property in the US to fulfill God’s calling for her. She had nothing but “Faith” when she started coming in here. Her mission was delayed but she didn’t quit. Reverend Lois Prater left a mark in my heart, to us. Maybe that’s why, I’m in this job right now, starting my own mission. Fulfilling God’s calling inch by inch. I always imagine myself going town to town, province to province, spreading the love of Christ. But for now, I’ll stay here. Showing Christ’s love in Action that Lola started. We will miss you Lola. And Thank You for the lessons that you have taught us by your ministry. We love you.
Nos veremos otra vez~
Girl At Home.

“God sings, we hum along, and there are many melodies, but it’s all one song - one same, wonderful, human song.”
Some strawberries and a Mitch Albom book after work. I have lots of stories to tell but I’m always stuck on my bed these days… Reading. Watching. Sleeping. It seems that, I lost all my energy for the first three weeks of 2013. Not only my energy, I think, I lost my brain somewhere else too. Say whut?! And now, I’m singing…. Paper works. “Why you gotta be so mean?”
But Oh wait? Next week’s gonna be awesome. Yay! The girl behind this blog ish soo eggcited. *wiggle wiggle* Thank You Lord for the blessings!!! I guess, all we really need is to have a little faith (!) (*^▽^*)
P.S. Who else here eats strawberries with salt? I need someone to tell me it’s normal. LOL~
The worst thing is holding on to someone who doesn’t want to be held on to.
Sometimes you have to be strong for yourself. You have to know that you’re a good person and a good friend. What’s meant to be will end up good and what’s not, won’t. Love is worth fighting for but sometimes you can’t be the only one fighting. At times, people need to fight for you. If they don’t, you just have to move on and realize what you gave them was more than they were willing to give you.
State of Grace

My life right now is basically just home-work-home. Nothing really interesting is happening that it gets boring. But don’t get me wrong, I love my life. Especially with all the blessings. It’s just that, it would be more fun if I’ll go out just a little bit. Heh~
On the other hand, my new job is unexpectedly interesting than I thought it would be. And I enjoy it so much that I’m serious of being good at it. Even though I know, there is a big chance that I won’t stay that long since God has bigger plans for me next year. I just can’t wait ‘till that day comes. But for now, all I have is faith in God. :)
P.S. I’ll be using Taylor’s song titles again like I always do when a new album comes out. :)

Anonymous asked you: how come heart princess is your granddaughter already? you’re too young to be a lola!
Because, she’s my niece’ daughter. So, by blood, she’s my granddaughter. :)
And for all the anonymous people who keep on asking about my theme,I made and code it myself from scratch. And no, I don’t give it away. Maybe if I’m not using it anymore (?) :) But thank you if you think it’s nice. <3
Guys, I would appreciate it if you will message me with your accounts since I always reply privately. Thank you! Have a blessed week ahead! ^^
Old Guidelines for Today’s Living!

- Make up your mind to be happy. Learn to find pleasure in simple things.
- Make the best of circumstances. No one has everything and everyone has something of sorrow.
- Don’t take yourself too seriously.
- Don’t let criticism worry you. You can’t please everybody.
- Don’t let your neighbors set your standards; be yourself.
- Do things you enjoy doing but stay out of debt.
- Don’t borrow trouble. Imaginary things are harder to bear than actual ones.
- Since hate poisons the soul, do not cherish enmities and grudges. Avoid people who make you unhappy.
- Have many interests. If you can’t travel, read about places.
- Don’t hold post-mortems or spend time brooding over sorrows and mistakes.
- Do what you can for those less fortunate than yourself.
- Keep busy at something. A very busy person never has time to be unhappy.
So comes some wisdom out of our past - 100 years or more. Practical, down-to-earth, nitty-gritty, where-the-rubber-hits-the-road kind of advice. Now the problem is not so much knowing, it’s putting it into practice in living.
Tomorrow is gonna be better.

Another chapter of my life will start tomorrow, since I got myself a new job. Just thinking about waking up as early as 5:30 in the morning makes me feel sleepy already. I am not a morning person you know. I usually wake up before 8. But that’s life, have to deal with it! :)
I have loads of new photographs but to no avail, I don’t have much time to post-process or even re-size them! LOL~ I’m forever stuck! But I’ll try to update as much as possible. And yeah, I am soo lovin’ this year! <3
Let’s count 10-11-12! Oopps! It’s my birthday! :)

I love Amusement Parks, that’s why, as I turned a year older I chose to celebrate my day in Enchanted Kingdom. And guess what??? It’s for FREE! Hahaha! I was just browsing their site for some info about the current ticket pricing when I saw the banner that says you can celebrate your birthday in EK for Free. I’m a happy happy girl! :D

Welcome to paradise baby! I soo missed this place. I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of EK.

My birthday celebrant EK wrist band! Because of this, a lot of staff greeted/wishes me a happy birthday. And it felt so good! Especially the one who sang using his megaphone. Hahaha! I love you na kuya! :))

While waiting in line for this FUN!

I swear this one is different! I LOVE IT! This ride made me think about Spiderman, Superman and all the other superheros. I felt like flying!

My carousel ride. <3

Just because I need to take a picture of my shoes/feet. ^^

This year’s birthday was one of the best I had in ages. I had a lot of fun! I swear, my birthday next year is going to be more awesome and memorable. 10-11-13, wait for moi! :)
Thank You Lord for You never fail to proved to me that Your promises are true. I’m indebted to You and and though I can never repay, I will thank You Lord for the rest of my days. I love you my Savior and King, my God and my Everything. <3
Fun day!

Last Friday, we were out to celebrate my nephew’s 6th birthday. We had a lot of fun! Me and my family, and some close friends enjoyed that day like it was the last, or maybe it was just me. Although, I only able to enjoy half the fun since I had my period. No swimming for me. Haha~ But I enjoyed it, nonetheless.

Barbecue~

This is Heart Princess. Her mom named her after me. Heart Princess was my code name since high school. Isn’t she adorable? And she’s my granddaughter by the way. You heard that right, granddaughter. I’m a lola already! :)

Yay~ Me! :) It was one memorable day. And I always love Fridays! ^^
Music is the prayer the heart sings.

“It doesn’t matter if the song of life that you sing is simple or complicated. All that matters is how much you put into that song. Your life is controlled only by what you give to it. You won’t get anything from it if you don’t put feeling into life. That’s why people fall in love. If they give that feeling, they get it back. Put all you’ve got into this life, and when the day comes for you to pass on, you won’t regret what you did.”
Life is like a camera. Just focus on what’s important and capture the good times, develop from the negatives and if things don’t work out, just take another shot.
And always, always, always face it with a smile. :)
Today is a brand new day. A fresh start. Replace any negativity with positivity. Think happy thoughts. Exercise. Drink lots of water. Fill your body with fuel. Healthy is happy. Inspire yourself. Create. Laugh. Play. Love. Learn. Give someone a compliment. Make a new friend. Do a random act of kindness. It creates good karma. Take chances and finally start living life to its fullest. But no matter what’s thrown at you today, smile and remember, tomorrow’s always a fresh new start.
